The Moorings 423

An extra-large cockpit to make you feel at home

The Moorings 423 is a quintessential Bénéteau boat, built by a company with whom we have been working since the outset. Although this model is less than 43 feet long, they have managed to maximise the space outside while maintaining optimum comfort inside. Its wide-beamed, chined hull, designed by Marc Lombard, is sure to thrill sailing fans everywhere. And the luxurious interior, designed by Nauta Design in their own inimitable style, is fitted with the latest, premium materials.

The Moorings 423 features 3 cabins and 2 toilets and can therefore comfortably host a crew of 6 and, if required, it can even accommodate two more, thanks to the convertible table in the saloon.

What’s more, the magnificent fore cabin, which has its own private bathroom, will leave any visitors who take a peek in there absolutely green with envy! This layout is ideally designed for a perfect cruising holiday with friends or family.

The best lighting and fittings you could wish for!

When we chose the options for the Moorings 423, we decided we wanted to spoil you.

Onboard you will find: a TV screen, LED lighting, solar panels, shore power air-conditioning, fans, USB sockets, electric toilets and much more.

The gently-sloping companionway leads down to a modern, floodlit saloon and a functional, well-designed C-shaped galley: all you need to ensure a pleasurable cruise.

Finely-balanced hull, perfect deck layout

It’s time to hoist the sails on your Moorings 423? Well, just fold up the swim platform, which then doubles as the transom, and simply sail away.

Thanks to the excellent view you have of both the crew and your spread of sails, steering this stable yet fast boat is an immense pleasure. Although considerable power is generated by the sharp, highly-efficient hull, the balance provided by the chines and the helm’s surprisingly sensitive and precise feel will ensure that you will never get to the point where you feel that you are in danger of losing control.

The Moorings 423 is easy to maneuver if you have a small, inexperienced crew, or even alone, thanks to its perfectly adapted deck layout and the well thought out positioning of the winches and sheets: good design leads to good performance.

The crew will enjoy their time in the extra-large, secure cockpit, where they can huddle safely up between the sturdy cockpit table and the coamings. Here they will be nicely sheltered under the protection of the bimini and the sprayhood.

So, think you may finally have come across a monohull which provides an ideal comprise between size and space? Make a note of its name: the Moorings 423.
